rise and sparkle

wearing: forever new blazer, s&b sequin dress, topshop thigh leather boots. vintage cross necklace & chanel jade polish (which is getting replaced with the sportsgirl cheapie)

i cannot get over these boots, seriously words fail me how amazingly made they are, and the leather is so buttery. i literately sat there and touched it for a good hour when the delivery guy chucked the broken up box into my door (post people don't like my house, i get too much stuff delivered). I took advantage of a five degree drop in weather and wore them out. to my surprise people were wearing minimal clothing where i went (get your minds out of the gutter, just a family and then work event) so i still felt ridiculously overdressed. but oh well this has to tie me over until autumn. gooo forty degree weather where i drag myself from one air conditioned building to the next in agony.
